Yoralis – Kitchen Workstation Sinks Limited Lifetime Warranty

For the lifetime of regular home use, Yorali assures to the original purchaser of a kitchen workstation sinks that Yorali will, at its option, replace or repair, free of charge, such product if it fails as a result of a manufacturing defect. Transportation and labor installation costs are not included in the replacement of the product. This guarantee only applies to residential installations and only covers stainless steel self-rimming drop-in sinks installed in a conventional countertop surface and stainless steel undermount sinks installed in a conventional solid surface countertop. Before performing a repair or replacing a product, Yorali maintains the right to inspect the in issue product and its installation.

The warranty period for Yorali waste fittings and accessories is one year from the date of purchase.

Other Warranty Conditions on Sinks

This warranty applies to the workstation sinks purchased after (Date) as shown on the purchaser’s dates receipt. Our warranty does not include product damage or failure caused by the use of optional accessories, misuse, abusive treatment. Moreover, there are various damages which can be made by environmental factors. The warranty also doesn’t cover the normal wear including scratches and dents, use of harsh cleaners which has aggressive chemicals, damage due to handling or failure to follow the installation procedures which are recommended. Only the product’s original consumer buyer is covered by this warranty.

The price of labor, shipping, and other expenses are not covered by this guarantee.

The items like sink installation or replacement, faucet diagnosis or repair, component part replacement, or any other cost or loss.

The exclusion of incidental or consequential damages is complete. No other express or implied warranties, such as any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.

You might not be covered by the aforementioned restrictions or exclusions because certain states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on the duration of an implied warranty.

You have particular legal rights under this warranty, but these rights vary from state to state.
